Just 7 days’ written notice to vacate. An email is perfectly fine. We’ll confirm a handback date, inspect the unit, and return your deposit promptly.
Yes, standard rate VAT is applied to all rentals. The prices shown on this page are exclusive of VAT.
Very. Steel shipping containers are inherently robust - each one is fitted with a lockbox that conceals the padlock hasp, making it extremely difficult to cut. The site compound is fully enclosed with secure fencing, the gate is secured with a coded padlock - enter your personal code and the padlock releases so you can open the gate yourself - and the entire compound is monitored by CCTV at all times. The containers themselves form the perimeter wall.
Yes - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. When you move in you receive your own unique personal gate code. It is assigned solely to you; no two tenants share a code. Simply enter your code on the padlock, it releases, and you open the gate yourself. No need to contact us, book a slot, or arrange a visit.
We recommend arranging your own contents insurance. We don’t provide cover for stored items. Your home insurer may extend your policy to off-site storage - it’s worth checking. The secure compound and steel containers are viewed favourably by most insurers.
Monthly by bank transfer or standing order. Other payment methods are available on request. We’ll provide full payment details when we confirm your rental. A deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is payable on move-in and returned in full at the end of your tenancy, subject to the unit being left in satisfactory condition.
Absolutely. We’re located close to Brize Norton and we understand the posting cycle.
